The U.S.-China Expert Service (USCES) is a professional organization established by the U.S.-China Exchange Council (USCEC) to meet the needs of American and Chinese experts seeking to exchange knowledge and services. For over a decade, USCES has been dedicated to facilitating two-way exchange services between the United States and China, and has been widely recognized for its efforts in both countries.
