Each program is customized to meet the delegation's specific goals, drawing from the expertise of our subject-matter advisors. The United States-China Education Council (USCEC) has been dedicated to meeting the evolving demands and needs of Chinese government officials, entrepreneurs, and executives by providing top-quality training programs. The organization's efforts have been maximized by partnering with world-renowned universities, including Stanford University, Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), the University of Southern California (USC), the University of Washington (UW), Columbia University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), New York University (NYU), and Georgetown University. These partnerships offer comprehensive knowledge and management skills to governments of all levels and international enterprises from China over the past few decades. USCEC's long-term programs include the three-year young executive training for central government agencies and departments at Stanford University, which runs for three months, and the eight-year SASAC program at Stanford. The organization also offers programs at both Stanford and UCB for the SINOMACH group. Additionally, USCEC has worked with other enterprise clients such as CRRC, CMG, CTS, CBA, Everbright, and ChinaLife, covering multiple locations, including Harvard University, Columbia University, Stanford University, and UCB. USCEC also partners with large and innovative Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Google, Facebook, IBM, General Electric (GE), Boeing, and Amazon, to offer their experience in management, technology, finance, and internationalization. Practitioners and executives from these enterprises have been giving lectures and seminars to counterparts in China. USCEC has also worked with top financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Draper University, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, as well as famous Sandhill venture capitals. USCEC's training programs are meticulously organized to provide an all-rounded experience for immersive learning and training. This includes a systematic combination of faculty lectures, practitioner seminars, and company on-site visits. This approach has been widely recognized and admired by all Chinese clients in the past three decades.
应中国现代化发展对提高政府官员和企业家综合素质的需要，我协会发挥拥有众多专家教授学者等资深会员的优势，与美国斯坦福大学、哈佛大学、加州伯克利大学、加州洛杉矶大学、麻省理工学院、哥伦比亚大学、纽约大学、乔治城大学、南加大和华盛顿大学等美国名校长期合作，形成战略联盟合作伙伴关系，多方紧密协作、合理分工、发挥各自优势，实现“强强联合”。协会近30年来，为中国中央到省市政府和企业在领导力、国际化经营创新、科技创新、金融等多个领域实施了有针对性的高端专业培训项目.例如实施了三年的中央和国家机关中青年领导干部美国斯坦福大学每期三个月培训项目、实施了八年的中国国资委中青领导干部美国斯坦福大学项目、实施了五年的中国国家机械集团高管美国斯坦福大学和加州伯克利大学项目，以及实施了中国中车集团、中国招商集团、中国旅游总公司、中国农业银行、中国光大银行、中国人寿等集团公司的高级管理人员赴美国哈佛大学、哥伦比亚大学、斯坦福大学、加州伯克利大学等的高端培训项目。 同时协会根据培训需要，安排美国思科、惠普、谷歌、脸书、IBM 、GE、波音和亚马孙等世界五百强企业的高级管理人员、科学家和高级技术专家，美国著名的沙丘、德雷普、摩根大通、美林证券、富国银行、美国银行等金融银行和著名风投公司的创始人、高管、管理专家为培训团进行专题讲座、专项交流与合作。 项目的特色着重于培训课程整体结构的系统化组合，大学教授授课、专家讲座与名企考察相结合，实现全方位综合性的培训。项目持续开展三十多年来，受到了中国有关高层培训机构的广泛好评。
