Successful Completion of Training on “Cultural Arts Institute Human Resources Management”for Ministr
Between August 31st and September 22nd, China’s Ministry of Culture & Tourism’s selected leaders completed a 3-week training program on human resource management for cultural arts institutes. The delegation expressed great gratitude to USCEC as it arranged visits to JFK Center for Performing Arts, San Francisco Opera House, San Francisco Ballet, National Art Foundation, and California Arts Commission and etc., which offered them great opportunities to learn from the best practices and experience of human resources management for top U.S. art institutes.

2013年8月31日至9月22日，中国文化部“文化艺术管理机构人力资源管理”高级培训班在美国进行了为期三周的培训，学习了美国文化艺术单位先进的人事管理经验和理念，此次培训成果对中国文化艺术机构的市场化发展将起到积极的推动作用。
在美中交流协会的组织下，培训班除了在加州大学培训之外，还在多家美国知名艺术机构进行现场学习座谈交流，与美国同行进行切磋和交流，深刻理解了美国文化艺术单位的人事管理方式。培训班学习访问的单位包括：美国肯尼迪艺术中心；北美第二大歌剧院——旧金山歌剧院；世界一流芭蕾舞团——旧金山芭蕾；美国国家艺术基金会；加州艺术委员会等等。在中国文化艺术单位市场化的进程中，学习借鉴美国艺术单位人力资源管理的经验和做法意义重大，此次培训积极促进了文化部人力资源管理高级人才领导力的提高。
