Guangzhou Municipal Technology and Information Bureau Training on Software and Information Services
A Training Program of Guangzhou Municipal Technology and Information Bureau on Software and Information Services Management and Innovation proceeded between March 23 and April 11 in 2014 in the U.S. The delegation had a tight 21-day schedule well arranged by USCEC during which they visited San Francisco, Boston and New York and had in-depth learning at government agencies of different levels, top higher education institutions in both the West and East Coast and Fortune 500 tech companies on topics ranging from e-government, software development trends in Silicon Valley, private industry and research partnerships as well as IP protection practices.
2014年3月23日至4月11日，中国广州市科技与信息化局“软件和信息服务业创新与管理”主题培训团应美国美中交流协会邀请对美国进行了为期21天的培训学习。培训团一行对旧金山，波士顿以及纽约的政府公共服务部门电子政务的创新管理；硅谷软件及科技行业发展的新动向；美国高等院校产学研模式及人才管理；软件信息服务行业专利转让及保护等进行了系统的培训和学习。此行参访的单位包括硅谷论坛、苹果公司总部所在政府、斯坦福大学、美国500强公司硅谷总部、波士顿大都会地区市政府、著名的3D打印公司、纽约市政府等。
