Professor at Stanford University successfully conducted business strategy consulting for a pre-IPO hotel industry cooperation in China.
In order to promote the cooperation and exchange between China and the United States in various aspects of culture and enterprises, under the coordinating arrangement of the U.S.- China Exchange Council, a Professor from Stanford University conducted a 18-months strategic consultation with a pre-IPO hotel industry cooperation in China. The professor and board members, and executives started with a brainstorming campaign to find a strategic guideline and successfully implemented a strategic restructuring for the Group after a year of implementation. This marks the hotel group going to the next new era of its strategic developing.
