2018年9月，在美国美中交流协会的安排下，中国国家发展与改革委员会组织了为期21天的“信用体系建设“主题的培训团。
美中交流协会与中国国家发改委紧密合作共同筹划安排了高度针对性的的三周学习参访。在旧金山地区访问了著名的高等学府，地方政府，及信用公司。在纽约期间，向一流大学，行用体系公司，智库及联邦中小企业局等深度学习美国信用体系建设与应用场景及技术挑战。
China National Development and Reform Commission organized a 21-day training delegation to learn about Credit System Building in San Francisco and New York. With USCEC’s efforts, the NBS delegation had an in-depth program with company visits to tier one universities, Federal and Local Governments, Think Tanks as well as companies in credited industry.
