“Food Inspection & Testing Information and Big Data Application”2019 Delegation of Guizhou Acade
2019年12月，应美国美中交流协会的邀请， 贵州省分析测试研究院组织的“大数据视角下食品供应链的系统安全性研究”培训团抵达美国旧金山和波士顿进行为期14天的培训。
美中交流协会根据代表团的培训主题，精心安排了斯坦福大学教授、麻省理工大学教授、加州大学戴维斯分校教授、加州金门大学资深教授、加州伯克利大学教授、加州圣何塞州立大学教授等就美国食品检验检测信息化现状与未来规划、以及美国食品检验检测信息化大数据应用技术与方法等进行了专题讲座。同时协会培训部还特别安排代表团访问了美国政府相关机构，学习了美国食品检验检测信息化及大数据应用的法律法规及监管；以及美国五大知名食品生产企业，实地考察美国食品生产安全大数据分析和检验检测技术和风险预警、食品生产加工标准及生产监管与科技运用等。协会还安排代表团访问了美国著名的食品实验室，学习了美国食品安全检验检测及食品分析技术运用，和食品真实性检验技术和食品真实性检验大数据运用等。
代表团此次美国培训，学习到了很多美国最新的食品安全检验检测知识。对贵州今后食品检验检测工作将起到了指导性和借鉴的作用。
In December 2019, at the invitation of the United States – China Exchange Council (USCEC), the Guizhou Academy of Testing and Analysis organized a training group on the topic of “Food Inspection & Testing Information and Big Data Application” to San Francisco and Boston for a 14-day training.
Based on the training topics of the delegation, USCEC meticulous arranged professors from Stanford University, MIT, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, Golden Gate University, and San Jose State University to give lectures about current status and the future planning of information application on food inspection, food testing information technology and big data application technology, also the testing methods in the United States. In addition, the Training Department of USCEC specially arranged the delegation to visit the relevant government agencies to learn about the laws, regulations and supervision of the US food inspection and testing information and the application of big data. The delegation also visited several well-known food production companies to learn about data analysis and inspection technology and risk warning, food production, processing standards, production supervision and technology application, etc. Finally, the delegation visited the famous food laboratory to learn about the application of food safety inspection, detection, food analysis technology, as well as the food authenticity inspection technology, and the application of big data for food authenticity inspection.
The training delegation has learned a lot of the latest knowledge of food safety inspection and testing in the United States. The Guizhou Academy of Testing and Analysis will play a guiding and reference role in food inspection and testing in the future.
